Out of sight out of mind – it can be liberating to outsource a (sub-) task to an external supplier with a good feeling.
The progress of the developed code will daily be checked in at a common repository. Through that we make it possible at any time have insight into the progress made. It is important for us that you are informed about the current status and when finished can take over without problems.
To further build confidence we create test cases right from the beginning – not first after the development has finished, as is often done otherwise. These test cases do also serve as a measure on whether the specification is understood correctly.
We organize demos and prototypes of the developed software at regular intervals. Through these it is possible for you to bring in change request early on and / or change the direction.
